Invalid Transactions

Dear Panelist,

We have noticed that as the number of our members grows, that a notice is appearing more frequently. The notice is at the tail end of the surveys where it lets you know that the transaction is invalid. We just wanted to clarify that as long as you have completed the survey in full the credit will still be issued. You can tell if you have completed it as it congratulates you or it will show 100% completed on the page. You will then need to wait about two weeks for the completed surveys to be given back to us so that we can put it onto your account. This also means that it will not show as pending like it normally does, but be assured that it will be revised.

We know that this has led member stress as you have spent your valuable time filling these out and we do apologize. The issue stems from you sometimes being routed to the surveys and then not being properly routed back to our site, but we do know that we are sorry for the inconvenience and understand the emails. For the time being, you can make a note as to what the name of the survey was and when you finished it. This will then allow you to easily follow up when it posts onto your account. If you have any additional questions about this or anything else, please just let us know.

  3. I am more than 4 days without receiving a survey.
    I filled everything on my profile. Why aren't you sending me any surveys anymore? this way I'll have to go to a paid survey site.

  4. why have not my surveys been confirmed that i completed in july? i have several surveys i finished 2 months ago that are still not confirmed so i can get paid already! I depend upo some of this earnings to help me get by some months. so far i am waiting for 40.00 to be confirmed so i can get paid via paypal. what is up?

  5. Thanks for the info on the Invalid messages I keep getting! It's good to know that you're on top of it and it's likely that I will get credited for the four surveys that I took that ended with that and made me think that I had gotten screwed out of my time and my credit yet again... This does happen waaay to frequently, to me at least, and I frequently encounter another problem as well that I hope you're on top of, that is just as the survey gets to 100% and I click the very last submit or next button, and have spent all the time and answered all the many, many questions, that last click takes me back to the homepage and then tells me the survey quota has been filled! Now, I need to know, is that just one more way that's being used to screw us out of all of and money? Cause normally when the quota has been reached, a message saying that is displayed upon attempting to take the survey, not when you have completed the entire thing! So, can you clarify on that issue please??? I would apprecieate it very much...

Hi,I am so glad to find this blog because I wrote yoy guys two time for this same situation and I had never receive and answer.I am pretty upset because is not the first time that I had finished a survey and then the system tells me that I do not qualify when I have done filling out the survey. I feel like you offer a survey and wait until the person fill out all the information you need and then after I have the survey ready or filled out you or the system say that "you are sorry but you do not qualify for this survey." I want to understand what kind of company am I working for? Because I am suscribe in many surveys panel and this doesn't happend with them just with you guys. I am talking right now about "a new suervey about Italian Sauce" that has supose to pay $8.00, 11/23/2009, 9:45 am.I don't know if is a problem with the system of is just the way this panel work? I hope you can give me an answer to all my question. I need to know what is going on because I don't want to still losing my time. Thank you very much.

  9. Hi im a member in surveyhead site but my transaction have been rejected for no reason . i have emailed and contact the help/support centre like 5 times and still there is no answers back?
    is this web site an scam?

  10. I have had a interesting problem that you may or may not already be aware of but I would like some information about please. With the last 3 or so surveys that I have tried to start the site acts as if it is going to open the survey then suddenly I am back at the dashboard never entering the survey and it is dropped from my available list. in the top section of my dashboard there is a pink text box and in red text it says "Thank you for your participation. This survey transaction will be reviewed within 4-6 weeks."

    I am very baffled by this. Please advise what this means and if I need to do something on my end to correct the issue.

  12. I am unable to complete my "Money and Finance" and "Surveyhead Panel Satisfaction Survey" profiles,please fix this.
    I dont get any error messages or anything,its just stuck on "Partially Complete",ive tried on 4 different browsers with the same results.

  13. I have taken two separate withdraws from my acct and for some reason they have both been rejected. I have sent emails to customer service about this but no response. That was several weeks ago. I am going to report this to the bbb. Surveyhead is a complete waste of time. All of my info on my acct is legit. They cant say other wise. Good luck everyone. P.S. I wonder why there are no responses from customer service on any of the questions asked here. If anyone is interested in legit survey sites please feel free to email me at ctwigg1@yahoo.com

  14. Seems like a scam site, considering the fact that there are no responses to the questions people post on blogs, and the questions all seem to be of the same nature. Has anyone been paid from this site? How long does it take to get paid after you complete the survey? It all seems very fishy to me.

  18. Yeah, they don't seem to respond to e-mails at all. I sent them 4 e-mails and no response. If I don't get paid this Tuesday through paypal (7 weeks I've waited)or at least get a response from them, I too am reporting them to the BBB.
