Welcome to the SurveyHelpCenter.com Blog

Dear Panelist,

We've created this blog to have an area where we can discuss issues that come up relating to surveys associated with our site. This will be an informal place that you can check periodically to see if an error or technical issue that you've experienced is common. Also, you can check for answers you may have been wondering about, or if you just want to discuss something else. We hope to clear up some any/all issues you may have. It is meant as a place to talk to us, so please feel free to check in regularly and comment freely.

We do check a number of blogs and monitor our survey site buzz regularly, so we're aware of some topics that are already under discussion. For example, there is a known browser issue that has affected a small number of users when they attempt to cash out funds. If you're affected by this issue, you should know that it can be easily resolved with an email to our customer support department. We typically can have you cashed out within a few days.

Another item we wanted to let you know about is that we are only open Monday- Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. PST, and we'll respond to all emails that arrive over the weekend by Tuesday afternoon at the latest.

Our goal is to make sure you know that we care about providing a great service. Please feel free to contact us regarding anything you may want to know about our surveys. We appreciate your patience with the platform during some early growing pains. We've adapted to the support challenges that our rapid early growth caused and are confident that we can meet your future needs and expectations. If you experience a problem, let us know. If you're pleased with the results of our efforts, please make sure the community knows that, too! Our hope is that this blog will quickly grow into a great medium for talking about new topics and sharing valuable information that helps us make our survey site platform stronger and more popular than ever.

    I have not received even a single survey so far and how long do you expect me to wait.I have completed all the details/parameters required to meet the requirements of profile.Since I am from India, is it that you do not consider me as a qualified survey panelist??. Pls reply. In that case I may as well close the account and dismiss this as a closed event.I hope you will respond and give me surveys to enable me to further earn.If you do not intend to give surveys and what is the fun in holding your account.Pls confirm your valid answer.Please note that I am a retired professional.

  3. I have earnings pending for surveys that were completed the first week of Dec.2009, first week of 1/2010 and first week of 2/2010.
    It appears that it takes 6 months or more before earnings are no longer pending and can be redeemed.

    If you are, in fact, experiencing growth it will be short lived. Not too many individuals are willing to wait the amount of time your co. holds their earned money.

  4. I found this Blog by accident and am not too happy with what I've found. I'm getting no responses from the e-mails I've sent to the "so-called" customer service you "claim" to have. None of the links for contacting them are valid on the web-site so I have to e-mail from my e-mail account. I cashed in back in January and have had no monies deposited into my PayPal account. Another survey site I use deposited my earnings within 3 days. What is the damn hold up?! You want me to get pissed I will, and I assure you, this will NOT be the last time you hear from me!
    Anyone else still in the same boat that I am?
    Resolve this, or else BBB ... here I come (and I won't stop there).

    im having the exact same problem. i keep sending email after email and nothing. ive been waiting now for my payout for over 6 wks. i dont understand what the problem is. i also deal with their parent company surveyhead.com and received a paidout from them no problem. unfortunately their email addresses are the same. im thinking about lodging a formal complaint with the better business bureau and post on every blog site i can find & let survey takers and future survey takers know all about this company. this is not good business.

  7. i would like to do a follow to my previous comment. it took a lot longer than the website states but i finally received my money requested through paypal. my suggestion is hang in there the money will be paid out but it will just take a little longer than they say it will.

  8. I have surveys pending for months as well..no response to email....requested paypal a month ago, they responded saying they were having TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES!!! Is that the only excuse they use now?????

  9. Well, I finally got an e-mail from "someone" after blowing up their e-mail accounts(it actually looks like a form-letter that they send out to just anyone).
    This is what is says:

    Subject: RE: PayPal Payment Deposit

    Dear Member,

    Thank you for your email and I am sorry to just be getting back to you. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in processing your cash out request. Unfortunately we have been experiencing technical problems which mean that this time around all cash out requests may take up to 6 weeks to be processed. We are working hard to expedite this process and meet your requests.

    Kindly note that as soon as we get your cash out processed we will send it to you. In the meantime please accept our gratitude for your understanding and patience so far. If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to let us know.

    blah, blah, blah, blah ... I've been waiting since January, and only now do you say that there are "technical difficulties"? I'd say that it's "operator malfunction".
    Just send me my money, or have you perhaps already spent it?
    I'm keeping track of the days, and don't you forget it.
    This is NOT the way to run a "LEGITIMATE" business, so you need to start making some wiser choices NOW.

  10. I too have been ignored by this "service" as I had sent several e-mails to no avail. It seems this place is taking a turn for the worse and I do not know how much longer I will wait...
    If I do not receive something in reply in the next few business days, I will be forced to send a mailing to the BBB.

  12. Thanks for the link Tristen, I reported a complaint over the weekend, sent some more e-mails out to "customer service" and received an e-mail this morning saying ...

    I still don't understand why it takes so long to process something that should

    I have earned income, what else is there?
    I mean, I just don't understand the way this company conducts business the way that it does.
    I still don't have a deposit, so I'm still not satisfied.
    Will I run into the same B.S. the next time that I want to cash-out?

I am curious to know if anyone can tell me how long my payout is gona take. i requested it about 8 weeks ago and have emailed these guys on a number of occassions and like most of you it says i would get an email back in like 48 hours and weeks later i still have not heard shit from them. i would like to kow if anyone can let me know what i should do? thanks leo

  16. Uhm, didn't you see the prior posts concerning this very same subject? Do what I did, bug the crap out of 'em, blow up their e-mail boxes, file a complaint with the BBB(see above post)the parent company is, 'United Sample, Inc., and be persistent. It's not right how they MAKE people wait for their earnings. Good luck.

  17. thanks and i have filed the complaint with BBB as others have and i have sent mayn many emails to them so i guess i will just have to wait and see what comes out of it. thanks and i guess i will keep doing what i am doing. I feel it is false advertissing that they do as they do not keep to their word of the time that they will take to pay or email us back.

  18. I totally agree Leo. Why should we have to wait so long when the money is ALREADY there (or we think it is). PayPal, come on ... just a few clicks of the mouse and it's done! I sent hundreds of e-mails each day, for weeks ... they won't forget who I am ....

    I don't know exactly what you're looking for, did you spell "centre" correctly?. I'm a member of a a "surveycenter" with "greenfield online" and "ciao" and they have an address which contains "surveycenter". I found this online though ...
    "surveycentre is a division of Aptigence and the head office is located in Melbourne, Australia".
    Sorry, don't know what you're looking for exactly.

  23. SCAM! DO NOT JOIN SURVEYHEAD!!! THEY "REJECTED" my "PENDING" payment of $26 after waiting on them over 2 months to deposit it into my Paypal account.

  27. I completed a survey on sam's Club over a month ago. It was for $10 but when I check my account for that day I only received $2.00. I sent 2 emails and have not received any acknowledgement. Now, today, when I access a survey, I went thru some screeners and was asked to log in, and it appears I can't. What do I have to do to get an answer?

    Surveyhead is NOT responding to my numerous e-mails.
    I need to know what address to use for "SurveyHead" when requesting money from my survey account to be transferred to my PayPal account.
    There is no where on your site that gives this information.
    The last time I requested a cash-out, information or help from "SurveyHead" I got jacked around for months with no response or help.
    I received no help until I reported these things to the BBB.
    So, please ... don't let this happen again.
    I hope that your services have been improved, and that I get the PROPER, TIMELY & CORRECT information this time.

  30. I have contacted the BBB with this statement ...

    There is no reference on their site as to what address to use for my earnings to be transferred to my paypal account.

    I am tired of them ignoring me EVERY time I have a question. Give me their proper address so I can have my payments sent to my paypal account.

    They refuse to answer my e-mails. I have sent over 50 already! Their website does not give the proper information for people to cash-out their earnings to their paypal account. What is the address to use to request money to be transferred to a paypal account? Why do I have to contact BBB EVERY TIME I want to cash-out, before they do anything? They have VERY POOR business ethics. In fact, I don't think there are any business ethics at work here, at all! Give me my money, Answer my e-mails, give me my money, and be responsible! Quit jacking people around, because I know that I’m NOT the first one!

  31. I went to the Surveyhead site today and the links had been updated. This is kind of strange since several times before, the PayPal link didn't work within your site.
    Today, I was able to cash out to my PayPal account.
    It all seems too coincidental though, especially AFTER I contacted the BBB.

  33. I have now been told that it takes 4 to 6 weeks for my request to be "approved" for cash-out. Why does it need to be "approved"? That is RIDICULOUS for it to take so long when "supposedly' it is already in my account. All it takes is a few clicks on the keyboard, and it is sent to my account.I could understand if it was being shipped in a check, but come on ... this is PayPal. No other survey sites make you wait for PayPal accounts to be processed like this. I apologize for getting bent out of shape at times but come on ... why MAKE the people who are making your company money wait for what is rightfully theirs?

  44. Hello there Just wanted to let you know I am reporting Only Cash Surveys to the BBB. I along with a large group of friends I referred have constantly been giving "Invalids". I personally have never used any information but my own and know for full fact that this is their issue not mine. I can not speak for my friends filling out the surveys correctly but I can speak for their complete frustration with their losing time and patience with this site. DO NOT JOIN ONLY CASH SURVEY IT IS A SCAM.
